Something Calling
- 1997

This was my first album, produced by
Seamus Heffernan and myself and recorded at Shamrock Studios near Blackburn. I
play guitar, fiddle, piano, mandolin, acoustic bass, harmonica, electric guitar
and piano accordian (right hand only).
Also joining me are Jan Hough with backing vocals, Paul Thompson on percussion
and Les Hilton on harmonica. Thanks to Seamus for taking me seriously as a
recording artist and thanks also to Stephen McNally for co-arranging the Nippy
Sweetie part of Nippy Sweeties with me (sorry there’s no credit on the album
Stephen). When funds allow I will get this album reprinted as I’ve run out.
